Support for Digital.ai products is handled through our [Support Portal](https://support.digital.ai/), where you can submit and review requests, and look up information in our self-service knowledge base. To contact us in the portal you need a Digital.ai Identity.

If you don’t have a Digital.ai Identity, you can usually [self-register](https://digitalai.us.digital.ai/self-register/register). If you are unable to create an Identity or have trouble logging into the Platform, please use this form to contact us, and we will reach out to you.
